CCSG showcases TARGET’s latest features at Retail Risk Leicester
19 October 2023
CCSG is delighted to have participated in this year’s Retail Risk Leicester conference on the 5th October hosted at King Power Stadium. This industry-leading event saw retail risk, fraud and loss prevention solution providers and thought leaders from across the globe coming together to showcase their latest innovative products and tactics for the ever-changing landscape of retail risk.
“We were thrilled to have attended this year’s Retail Risk Leicester,” commented Sally Chamley, CCSG’s Head of Software Solutions. “As usual, there was a wealth of innovation and insight brought to market not only by TARGET, but also by our industry peers. It was an excellent opportunity for us to showcase the latest features we have built into TARGET, our one unified fraud investigation platform, designed with enterprise-scale retail estates in mind. This year visitors to our stand were particularly impressed with TARGET’s expanded retail risk blueprint library and our thorough approach to compliance, privacy and GDPR out-of-the-box”.

CCSG’s Head of Software Development, Adam Dudley, who never misses a Retail Risk event, had this to say, “One aspect of TARGET we enjoyed sharing with attendees this year was the integration of our current Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Vision (MV) and Machine Learning (ML)-based features. We were also able to provide industry colleagues and attendees with the inside track on our upcoming suite of predictive AI advancements. There is tremendous appetite for the inclusion and enhancement of these technologies in the retail asset protection and loss prevention industry. At CCSG, we feel we have not only delivered these features to market quickly, but in an intelligent and thoughtful way that enhances TARGET’s already powerful integrated platform.”

Of course, no event culminating the Retail Risk calendar for the year would be complete without the annual Fraud Awards. It’s a lively event that allows the industry to come together and recognise each other’s ideas, innovations and successes.
The red carpet event held at Walkers Hall & Keith Weller Lounge did not disappoint, with many in-house teams using the opportunity to dress to impress at the notable black tie event.
