CCSG appoints new commercial lead

Sally Chamley has been appointed software product-to-market lead at CCSG, where she will take the lead role in developing products and teams for the next phase of commercial growth at the company, bridging the gap between technical design and clients’ commercial needs.
She has over 20 years’ commercial experience in maximising customer revenue through software deployment and business transformation, and has a deep understanding of customer disciplines, business process management and big data solutions to reduce risk. She has a flexible and collaborative approach to her work, with the ability to leverage complex customer processes to deliver solutions that target and enhance risk reduction.

Sally started her career in IT software and has commercial experience taking software products from concept to market. She was previously head of sales operations and business improvement for Avantor Sciences, and a founding director of a luxury homeware e-commerce business.
Outside of work, Sally loves cooking, interior design, gardening and spending time with her two daughters.
